Anil Mathew Jacob, Founding Partner of Talent Collective (India), is a senior HR leader with nearly 30 years of experience shaping talent strategy across global technology enterprises.
He has led workforce expansion, organizational design, and HR governance across India and the Asia Pacific region, with leadership roles at TiVo (Xperi), Qualcomm, Misys (Finastra), Intel, and Wipro. At TiVo (Xperi), he served as Senior Director of HR, APAC, as well as a board member for India operations, driving workforce strategy and operational efficiencies across the region.
Anil’s career spans M&A integrations, culture-building in high-growth environments, and strengthening compliance and governance for globally distributed teams. He has helped organisations earn industry recognition—most notably guiding Qualcomm India to repeated rankings among the Top 25 Great Places to Work.
